A Celebration of Ida Rolf's 130th Birthday
Join us in Prague from May 31 to June 5, 2026, for the 2026 Structural Integration Symposium. This premier event brings together practitioners and five instructors with over 200 years of combined experience in research, movement, hands-on therapy, and consciousness to explore the latest advancements in fascia science and Structural Integration.
Once again, we are bringing together SI practitioners from various IASI schools with outstanding instructors in a unique format that lets every practitioner experience each instructor's approach and encourages lively debate and meaningful discussion among them. As a bonus, you can attend one of four additional specialty workshops, and of course, there will be a big party.

Dr. Ida Rolf, celebrated as the "Mother of Fascia" will have her 130th birthday on May 19 2026, marking a powerful milestone in honoring her revolutionary impact on health and bodywork. Long before fascia became a focus in modern medicine, Ida Rolf identified the essential role this connective tissue plays in supporting human structure, movement, and well-being — all without the aid of today's advanced imaging technologies.
As a pioneering biochemist and founder of the Rolf Method of Structural Integration, she transformed how we understand and treat the body’s fascial network. Her innovative work not only helped realign bodies for improved posture and function but also laid the foundation for contemporary fascia research being validated worldwide today.
Her extraordinary journey, captured in the documentary “Ida Rolf – Mother of Fascia”, reveals her tireless dedication and vision in uncovering fascia’s pivotal role in health and healing. The symposium celebrating Ida Rolf’s 130th year is a tribute to her enduring legacy as a true trailblazer, whose insights continue to inspire practitioners and researchers in holistic health globally.
