In this workshop you’ll learn to call upon a constellation of anchor points that, by engaging your fascial intelligence, supports your body in space while you interact with gravity and momentum and navigate your personal impulses.

Using four simple cues, participants will experience a movement meditation practice that:

• evokes expansive inner volume regardless of outer shape
• generates deepened perception of the body’s essential wholeness
• exchanges habituated movement patterns for grounded and spacious presence
