This hands-on workshop invites participants to imagine fascia not as a layer but as an unfolding process—an ever-becoming field of relationships giving rise to the living architecture of the human form. Moving beyond the reductive lens of parts and layers, together with John, you will explore fascia as a four-dimensional continuous stochastic flow, shaping and being shaped by breath, perception, motion, emotion, and meaning.

Guided by the ‘fasciategrity’ model—combining fascia research and tensegrity science rooted in John’s bespoke stochastic view of anatomy and embryology—this workshop offers palpatory and movement-based practices that support a shift from working on a body of parts to working with our relational field. Participants will explore John’s osseofascial techniques and fascia tuning pegs and engage with the relational continuities and resonance of their living matrix, inviting transformation through knowledge of hierarchy, feeling safe, and thus impacting internal, non-conscious coherence.

Participants will leave with renewed insight into fascia as a living process and practical tools to support a therapeutic journey from fragmentation to wholeness.
