More than twenty years ago, I suffered a serious spinal injury. Doctors predicted I would soon be paralyzed from the neck down. However, Structural Integration (SI) helped me not only recover from the injury but also return to an active, pain-free life. To keep it that way, I had to create simple tools for myself. During sessions with clients, I often forget my own body—and when that happens, pain returns, I feel deep fatigue, and a sense of dissatisfaction with my work.
You might be experiencing something similar, even if your body isn’t (yet) speaking as loudly as mine once did after injury. That’s why SI Ergonomics was born and has now become a solid part of the EGSI basic trainings. It helps practitioners protect their own bodies, reduce fatigue, and work more effectively—with greater joy and long-term sustainability.
I’ll also teach you simple, small tools to restore your line between client sessions, to reset and decompress your body after work, and to consciously move in ways that replenish your energy. Your work can become regenerative—not just for your clients, but for you, too.
It’s all rooted in the principles of Structural Integration and supports your ability to work with more ease and energy.
